BuDhaGirl® was born from a simple but powerful idea – that what we wear can be more than just beautiful, it can be meaningful. Founded in 2013 by Jessica Jesse, a contemplative arts practitioner, luxury retail expert, ex-model and dedicated wife and mother, BuDhaGirl, invites the wearer to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. Each piece of jewelry is designed to inspire you to pause, set your very own personal intention and carry the powerful and healing emotion of gratitude. BuDhaGirl encourages you to connect with your inner self; to mindfully breathe and embrace your dreams and wisdom as you slip on your jewelry, stepping into your day with focus and intention. When you glide your wears off at night, they are intended to remind you to reflect on the moments that mattered that day, bringing with it a sense of calm, peace, and clarity.
Jessica’s devotion to helping others was awakened after a series of difficult life hurdles resulting in an unshakeable strength of character, unwavering perseverance, and a profound appreciation for the present moment and the meaning it holds. These challenging years brought Jessica face-to-face with the incredible power of the human mind and its potential for healing through contemplative practice and the power of choosing her focus. As she enriched her understanding of these profound practices, she recognized the life changing influence on her and her family. It was on a particular transformative encounter – this time during her travels in Thailand, that set the stage for one of her most revered creations – the All Weather Bangles®.

AN ANCIENT THAI CRAFT
THE JOURNEY OF BEING
Jessica Jesse's mission to share All Weather Bangles® with the world began not with mass production-but with meaning. She looked to the ancient Thai craft of gold-leaf tubing and refined it by creating a sacred detail: the bead. Inspired by life's ups and downs, she designed a zig-zag motif etched with intention. symbolizing the journey of being. At each point, she placed a "bindi*— the Hindu symbol of focus and awareness. This Serenity Bead became the soul of the bangle: intentional, spiritual, and beautifully powerful.

While offering alms to Buddhist monks in Thailand, Jessica received golden Sai Sin bangles — a moment that sparked her calling. From that exchange, BuDhaGirl was born: a jewelry brand rooted in mindfulness, healing, and gratitude. Today, her All Weather Bangles are more than adornment — they’re symbols of inner peace and intention, wherever life leads.
